The interface of my app is sooooo much better since we got Roman UX/UI designer from EXTFO on board. It's like night and day. I am really grateful to have been able to consult with him whenever we wanted to add new items so he could guide our design choices. We actually communicated through a project manager, but I gave him a high score in that category based on our back and forth about about my choices and alternate ways to get things done which I hadn't thought of on my own.
